How good is a cold glass of Chablis (well NZ Sav Blanc as I rarely can afford Chablis) with sensational triple brie infused with truffle oil??? or barbequed prawns with chilli, 5 spice, ginger, soy or a delicate chocolate soufflĂ©... Well up until just over a year ago, I didn’t know. Now I am feeling my way through food and loving it. I had no idea that food wasn’t as difficult as I thought. Barely mastering packet cake, I thought I was doomed forever. Both my mother and grandmothers on both side are fabulous cooks - why cant I? well now...I'm getting there. This is about me exploring food with my adorable husband and my 2 cats and some travelling on the side.
